Resto admits Panama Lewis gave him stimulants in water bottle!!!

You make a good point, but at such a late stage of his career, Tyson just about knew what day it was, let alone who was or wasn;t working for or with him!

Panama Lewis is a coward! Boxing certainly does need people like him amongstg it!

 

Im sure a lot of people got the same feeling just listening to Lewis. That he was a complete piece of sh*t, and I definitely wouldnt put it beneath him to cheat. Just the fact of how he wanted his money in cash before the interviews and talked smack behind the derlicts back is proof enough. Maybe the IRS was watching and they can bust his ass too, because you know he isnt paying taxes on that cash he took.

 

Yeah, and my point is that given that is the case, it's just not correct to put the whole blame of Billy Collins tragedy on the cheating *******s in the other corner.

The tragedy of Billy Collins is that he took a career-ending beating, couldn't fight no more, and ended up drinking and driving his car to a fatal crash.

As you say, the mentality is "as long as they could go on they went on". Regardless of indications that the damage being sustained could be career-threatening or even life-threatening. Fine. That's boxing. And his corner were apparently satisfied that he could and should go on.

So, really the protestations amount to the fact that Resto inflicted the damage by foul means. But the damage itself was not a problem for them when they assume it was fair play. Yet it was the damage - and not the foul per se - that led to Collins' demise, in all probability.

 

But Resto and Lewis are scumbags of the lowest common denominator.

It is likely Lewis cheated often.
