A good night of boxing with Craig Windsor Jnr beating Morby, Michael Stuppart stopping Arran Mckelvie, Craig Mcewan winning, Willie Limond beating Wharburton and Ronnie "the shark" Clark beating Youseff Al Hamidi 80-73 on points.

Was a very good show in a excellent venue. Ronnie never really had to get out of 2nd gear for a comfortable points win. Al Hamidi deserves a lot of credit for staying away from Ronnie. And when up close spoiling. He never came forward in the fight which was frustrating Ronnie but that's why he is thought so highly of. Even Billy Nelson in Al Hamidi's corner couldnt save him from "the shark"

Craig Windsor Jnr always makes fights interesting with his come forward style of fighting. He really did hit with some bombs but credit too Morby who stayed up.

Arran Mckelvie came out like a steam train and had Stuppart in a lot of trouble in the first round but I think the home town fighter burned out trying to impress his fans and tired and was stopped with a body shot.

Craig Mcewan fight was enjoyable because Craig done what he wanted, he took showboating to the next level.. Slow motion superman punches and windmilling.. Had the crown laughing right through the fight.

Willie Limond was impressive in his points win.

First night of pro boxing in Dundee in 23 year hopefully lots more to come

Nice wee report giving all the fighters a mention and if billy done Al Hamidi's corner he would only doing a fellow pro a favour it goes on all the time and not getting paid for it ... when will there be another show in Dundee you need to keep the punters interested well done

Big Joet.. Seemingly from what people are saying Billy was saying he was taking the fight to end Ronnie's 0 and thats the reason he took it he has a problem with Ronnie but instead of saying that he's being sneaky. Davie Drummond didn't fight and from what I hear possibly November

iv read some of the rubbish on box rec site you all post on he will just trying to get under you skin then say its my opinion i used to like to read his insight but now i think its more about his ego i went off him since the Appleby fight never gave us much on how Paul was didn't seem to give a F and your pals keep calling out his fighters doing that when theres no titles or real money to be had there barking up the wrong tree i would say.. i also read a few of his fighter have left his management that tells another story trainers train end off and also dont do PR/management work :deal

Billy has often seemed like a good guy, but he does need to grow up a bit and he definitely has developed a bit of an ego. Trainer of a world champ calling names and coming across as a little ned isn't very good for him and his boxers.

Davie Drummond had his Scottish amateur title stripped a couple of years ago for failing a drugs test. I'm sure it was steroids

Was ok for the first show in Dundee 1500 I have been told. The ice arena is an amazing venue. Hopefully a couple more fights and this could be sold out was a buzz around Dundee last week.
