Yes Evander was caught, but he is NOT my favorite fighter. Still, a living legend ATG doesn't deserve to be compared to Deontay F Wilder. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Until Wilder fights a legit top 10, and NO Stiverne wasn't a legit top 10, not then, not now... Wilder is still unproven as a title holder.

Prime Holyfield would have beaten Lennox Lewis, so I'd favor him over Wilder as well. I don't however think Holyfield would try to rumble with Wilder, hits too hard. He'd gameplan the right hand out of the equation, get in counters in his range. Ie,a version of the Molina gameplan that every Wilder opponent wants to use now but can't execute. An ATG such as Holyfield would though.
