Here's how I see their ranking, and their best 5 wins: 1. AJ Way out in front. A. Wlad. An ATG in an ATG fight. B. Takam. Fringe top ten hw, but tough style, and gave two concencus top 5 hws tougher fights in Sasha and Parker C. Whyte. Top ten hw. Beat two contenders, fringe top top 15-20 guys Chisora and Helenius. D. Big Dom B. Fringe top ten hw. Beat a fringe top 20 hw in Molina and a hyped prospect in a great fight. E. Martin. Fringe top ten hw. Worst resumed title holder of all time, still technically got a win over a mostly concencus top ten hw in Glazkov. Wilder. Distant 2, close to Parker. A. Stiverne (#1). Belt holder. Beat Arreola X2. Austin once. All fights were competitive. Austin was underrated and a legit top 20 hw. Arreola was a fringe top ten probably already on the decline. Stiverne was considered top 5 at the time but in retrospect looks more like a fringe top ten hw. B. Duhaupas. Fringe top 15. Beat two fringe top 20 guys in Charr and Helenius. C. Washington. Fringe top 15 guy. Beat or tied two fringe top 20 guys in Chambers and Mansour. Was beating Wilder before he was stopped. D. Spilzka. Fringe top 20 guy. Beat a quickly fading former top 5 hw in Adamek, probably top 20 at time of bout. Holding his own against Wilder before stoppage. E. Scott. Fringe top 15 guy. Beat fringe top 15 Thompson, several other lesser fringe contenders. Bad style matchup to Wilder though. Parker. Close resume to Wilder. More unproven but unbeaten hw prospects on his ledger in close fights, possibly making him look worse than he is. A. Takam. Fringe top ten hw. B. Hughie Fury. Unproven but unbeaten, fringe top 20 resume at best, but could be better than his resume. Narrow win. C. Andy Ruiz. See Hughie Fury, above. D. Alexander Dimitrenko. Fringe top 25 hw. Big ledger of biggish wins, mixed with inactivity and somewhat disgraceful losses. E. Kali Meehan. Fringe top 30 hw at best Final analysis: AJ best win is leaps and bounds better than the other two. Arguably his next three wins are better than theirs as well (Parker beat Takam too but in much less impressive fashion), but are fairly close to theirs. Wilder has more depth beyond the top 5 of the other two, putting him at number two, although he's arguably faced weaker comp than either of the other two at the higher levels, especially since we're not sure just how good the Fury or Ruiz wins are for Parker.
Joshua beating Wladimir is WELL, WELL ahead of anything Wilder has done. Even though Klitschko was 41 and coming in a year and a half rusty... he was still a top 3 heavyweight in the world and still had his nasty power. That 1-2 in the 6th would have had Wilder taking a nap until the stadium was empty.
Joshua is the best at this time. Parker next. Wilder is lowest, he has never fought a legit opponent and never will! Wilder will fight Breazeale next, will not fight Joshua................he knows better!
I think Parker’s resume is better but not miles better or anything. I’m confused as to why some on here are acting like Wilders knockout of Stiverne was this LEGENDARY thing and will be talked about for eternity. Lol Stiverne has been dropped and stopped before. And he was literally the most rusty and out of shape he’d been in his whole career. The guy was never a world beater. Wilder will get his lights turned off by Joshua, Parker, or Povetkin.
All of them are inferior to that of Kazuto Ioka. Ioka has a great one, for sure, so no shame in that. Just that a bunch of you reading this have never watched an Ioka fight or can't name an opponent he's faced. And people talk endlessly about and think so highly of these three big guys? Oh, the HW division. No end in sight.
Wladimir Klitchko, sorry, 41 past his prime and shot Wladimir Klitchko beats Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder.
This is the clear ranking 1. Joshua 2. Parker 3. Wilder In fact, Parkers 3 best wins (fury, ruiz jr and takam) would all walk through Wilders resume easily. They would all be 39-0, probably with less KO's..
