Borderline... He was a f*cking tank at LHW. He has those nice wins over saad muhammad, davis, crous, and martin. Theres also that war with Holyfield to consider. Granted his resume may fall short, but h2h wise id pick Qawi to do a number on plenty of LHWs.

In the very least its a great win, not just because of Qawi's status at the time, but because Spinks comprehensively outboxed him. Better than any win on floyd/pac's resume.
