no one has done this in the modern era.
not to forget he won his first title at 19 at flyweight for the lineal wbc title.

this is not even close, boxing scribes are putting him in the top 20 atg and he is close to oscar.

 

Their level of opposition is close, hell you can make a case for Oscar having better opposition.
