i don't know about the torrecampo fight, but in the fight with singsurat, he was weight drained.. he couldn't make the weight for that fight and he was stripped of the title before the fight and yet he went on to battle singsurat and lost via ko.
No one ever said PAC CAN'T take blood test closer than 24 days out. That was his stance. Again...Roach said 5 days would be fine...but said 2 days or same day blood testing is out of the question. Roach has said that Manny feels weak after giving blood for a couple of days.....so it could hinder his training schedule depending on how many blood tests are taken and how soon before the fight. Bottom line Manny was making it difficutl for Floyd to dictate the terms for the fight b/c Floyd made it difficult to actually make the fight......plus Floyd acted completely irresponsible with spreading baseless accusations about Manny taking PEDs or Roids casting a shadow over Manny's hard earned accomplishments in the same way Lance Armstrong's accomplishments are now under suspision by a few.
I dont think so. When you comment, deal with the issue. Your one word response appears to be a reflection of your inferior cranial capacity. It might be an inherited genetic deficiency.
WE CAN TALK ABOUT RING GIRLS NOW PLS. PACQUIAO ON ROIDS and MAYWEATHER ON XYLOCAIN IS ALREADY OVERUSED!
I'm a newbie but a longtime boxing fan, and yet I'm already fed up with this topic after just a few days on ESB.
If you ask me this whole thing comes down to what you just posted. The hate Manny has inspired in the boxing community is off the charts. Manny is clean, if there are further rules to be added and new tests, then that is the problem of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, not Manny's problem. If Mayweather has a problem with this he should campaign to change things or he shouldn't fight in Vegas anymore.
To me the ESB hate is coming from 2 places.1)Manny's traditional haters who now have some new bull**** to throw at him, having run out of arguments so often before. And 2) Mayweather's fans, who are scared.
Manny failed to make weight in both of his KO losses. He suffered untimely growth spurts in both (plus finally being able to afford to eat regularly), but he was severely weight-drained only in the Singsurat loss, and he still only managed to get to 113 before losing the belt on the scales on a subsequent weigh-in try. Then in the fight, he was pretty much done from the beginning. That's why he skipped 115 and 118 and went straight to 122.
