Not one of us has to do anything we're uncomfortable with. But we all have jobs and along with that comes obligations. Don't you think as fans we deserve to see Manny give in just a little in order to make the fight with Floyd happen? If you kindly ask for me to attend your party and I told you I'm not comfortable with driving 10-15 mins, wouldn't that make me look awful? The key to this situation is asking for something reasonable and if you turn someone down you will look like a self-absorbed diva. Either that or you have something negative to hide.

If Clottey had asked for the tests, it would've made sense for Pac to immediately turn him down. However we all know Floyd is Pac's equal when it comes to negotiation. Otherwise they wouldn't have agreed to a 50/50 split. Pac fans will stand by their man no matter what the situation is. And that's fine with me. But you must realize a fight with Clottey is like a watered-down version of a gift. If you're cool with receiving something second-rate then by all means enjoy it.

I don't recall Mali stating the chin factor was the only reason for suspecting or assuming Pac is on PEDS. I think Mali's sticking point is Pac has done something super extraordinary late in his career that few or no person has ever witnessed. Think of it as a facsimile to Barry Bonds' sudden explosion to materialize a 73 HR season. I'm indifferent about Mali's comments. I think the biggest question concerning Mali is....WHY is Pac suing Floyd and ignoring Mali and Cintron for their clear cut steroid allegations?

As I think more about the circus, I'm beginning to realize what has turned out has worked out for the best. If we are to ever see a Pac-Floyd fight, Floyd NEEDS to fight and defeat Shane Mosley first in order gain leverage over Pac. One guy has to concede to the other. If Pac-Clottey somehow miraculously outsells Floyd-Shane, then Floyd will have to concede to Pac. Two divas at the negotiation table spells disaster since neither party will give in.

What a crap thread. You don't need to go that far back. All you need to do is look at the recent fiasco and current issue.

Mayweather said he wanted Olympic style drug testing from the beginning. Manny's team accepted then tried to change what they accepted and eventually backed out. He was scared. He was afraid of needles. We is weakened by blood letting. The 24/7 forced their hand down to 24 days. They changed their position repeatedly and to this day still say 5 days is enough.

Then Manny is caught AGAIN on camera giving blood for a fight happily. This time for Joshua Clottey. AGAIN the blood draw is for less than the amount of days Manny swore would weaken him. Roach later has an interview talking about all of the hard work in the gym they put in. I thought it weakened you Manny? Oh only when they are testing the blood for PED's!

Manny is full of crap. Quit pulling stuff out of your butt to try to cover for him.

 

This is true to me..... Until he is caught will real evidence, I don't give a **** about speculation. But you are right.... The way he has fought in his last few fights is at another level.:yep

 

Especially considering that he was looking like quite average in the fights leading up to these fights.
