Mayweather won. Close fight. Only 60% think Castillo won. So saying that Castillo beat Mayweather isn't vox populi, like some people say.
i wanna see round by round scoring for the guys who say castillo won and tell me which of the first 5 rounds you gave him because IMO it was impossible to give him any and i know for a fact he didnt do enough to sweep the remaining 7 rounds
Okay, let's get something straight, First, PBF didn't sweep anything, not in the first 5 rounds, not in the last 4 rounds. Secondly, the rematch was closer going to PBF. What's this nonsense about Castillo getting destroyed in the rematch.
After watching the fight a couple of times, i think the judges made the right decision by giving it to mayweather, he controlled the fight early on, during the middle rounds he kept on getting caught and it brought the fight close, but he kept his cool and had a decent finish to take the fight.
Floyd won in a close and tough battle. Then he showed his Championship class in taking an immediate rematch to clear up the air.
The people who had Castillo winning were going by Ledermans card......... he gave Castillo round 2 or 4 or both. Both were rounds where Floyd out landed Castillo and Castillo did not landed a single good punch between the both.
Floyd won. The last time I watched I had it 114-112 6-4 with 2 rounds even. Everytime I have watched I never had Castillo winning.
Really close fight, but I think Floyd edge it. But i wouldn't jump on someone if he had Castillo winning by a point, some rounds were close and depending on how you score it either guy could have won. But imo the right fighter won.
People need to stop listening to Lederman like he's gospel, he gave Jesus Chavez the first round against Floyd in a round where Floyd completely dominated. He almost always scores for swarmers, he doesn't even look to see if a punch lands.
