    who does that leave though?
    cintron and collazo?

i think we built up shane as some super speedy boxer who was going to out box cotto to an easy ud or something....

i had cotto the whole time...

i have cotto until he meets mayweather

No I'm not exactly 'walking with you" on this one bro. What are you saying that Mosley can fight Cotto to one of his toughest fights yet, come within a round of beating him, not even so in many eyes, yet he wasn't what we thought??? He's not exactly prime anymore, actually many believed his career was pretty much over. He showed holes in his defense, but he was fighting one of the best offensive fighters alive. If Cotto is indeed the best, and Mosley fought him that close this far past his prime, then what does this say about Mosley????

    Very good fight.

    It was very close.

Cotto was on his bike in the last rounds.

you think williams can do it? i always felt williams left his body too vulnerable for cotto... if you watch the last couple roudns of marg vs pw... marg abused paul williams body... i just dont know if he could go threw 12 round of that with cotto. but at the same time if paul williams comes in like he came in against quintana. who knows

but a berto in 2 years... you couldnt see it? id favor cotto but berto throws speedy punches from all angles.. all the times cotto's has been stunned have been speedy speedy punches

all im saying is that.. i think this fight showed us
that cotto is better than what we thought
and possibly... possibly... shane isnt as good as we thought atleast now

    very possible.. very realistic..

if i was cotto i would push for it...
if cotto cleared out... im 100% certain floyd would come back for him... regardless of the $$$$

I think that Williams is fast and would keep Cotto at the end of his punches ... he's very long.

Cotto will have his moments but I can't see Cotto getting close enough to be efffective.

Cotto won 7-5 against Mosley and they are both one of my favorite 4 active fighters (Dawson and Pavlik).

Cotto would not have an easy time against Paul Williams and I would not be surprised if Wailliams stopped Cotto.

However, I feel Cotto would win a decision 7-5.

I have a feeling the Punisher will be moving up in weight and we've seen the last of him at welter.

My wife and I met and had pictures taken with Paul June 7th at Mohegan Sun after he DESTROYED Quintana.

Paul was a good dude, spending alot of time with his fans.

He certainly made us more of a fan of his.

Now, if he could only learn how to speak a bit better.

Dude, sorry to hear that. It's on OnDemand if you have HBO.

They also have the Cotto-Judah and Margarito-Cintron II fights as well.

Yeah i believe that a cut from the judah fight affected him in the 9th round. When he started countering puch Mosley so affective in the 10th and 1th round he proved that he was the champion.

Not sure why I heard a few Cotto won the Championship round comments. The 11th was close Mosley had a good first half and Cotto had a good 2nd half couldve went anyway. 12th Cotto just got on his bike and didnt do anything Mosley still kept coming and threw punches of course he did fall down which I guess is maybe why people just gave it to Cotto. Great fight though I honestly dont give a **** about Oscars December date right now id love it if when Mosley beats Mayorga he gets a rematch late 08 early 09.
