I don't give a fuk if your favorite fighter of all time is black. I know people whose favorite genre of music happen to be rap and they don't want anything to do with black people in real life. You weren't simply making an observation :roll: You took a shot at the black posters here as if they weren't somehow capable of rising above their supposed tendency to identify solely with black fighters. shut the fuk up and stop trying to make excuses.

i rewatched the fight, had on mute, closed my eyes, blocked my ears, blocked my ******* too while i was at it....and had paul williams rightfully winning! :nut

 

seriously. I gave Paul rounds 3, 4 and 5 was close. After that it was just me watching hoping Paul doesn't get hurt too much

 

hey man you shouldn't watch a fight on mute for one reason, the power landed from shots and the sound that comes with it. Of course he threw a lot of punches but not seemed to deter Lara, Lara had the more clean effective punches, Paul Williams ate shots where Lara got hit to the body more with soft punches.

 

i might have been pulling for him a little too much then. i DID have all my vcash on the line.

i think i gave him a round between 8-10 based on him maybe landing more than other rounds. maybe wishful thinking. i do remember him landing a few uppercuts in close and maybe a pretty sharp left cross? the 6th i gave even cuz it seemed as though neither man really wanted the round, and 4-5 because PW did much better than the first 3. He might have even lost one or two of those, but he appeared to win because of how bad the earlier ones were. It was a relative thing.

 

if anything, PW showed he had a chin against a smaller man. The first 3 rounds, I thought he was trying to prove a point saying Martinez was lucky by being so open for the looping left.

 

what does he being the headliner have to do with scoring a fight?watch it on mute,watch it in black and white,watch it sitting upside down,watch it on the moon and anybody and i mean anybody should score that fight lara winning by a wide margin.paul williams was in real danger in that fight if lara could have put three or four together he would knocked out paul.another bad decision,no lets call it what it really is,those judges were bought off plain and simple.williams is a favorite of mine but not after he sat there with a straight face and said he knew he won that fight,total bull****,another black eye for boxing.

 

When I first ran into Huss, I figured troll, obviously. But, then I either realized that he was really just ****ing stupid, or he got very savvy about his trolling and fooled me into believing he wasn't just trolling. Now, I'm back to believing he's a troll, but a very, very good one. Dedicated. Smooth. Powerful. Impressive.

 

I had Lara winning every round except one and that one was close! Lara won the fight and Williams' personal judges can't fool the fans, no way!
