 so true but IMO the fight changed in the 4th that was when mayweather started to mix inside and give hatton a lesson in close

If its any consolation to Ricky, Floyd wouldve embarrassed anyone that
night - he done as he pleased all night, was an easy fight..

Credit to Ricky for bouncing back after such a defeat, takes
a lot of self belief to go on after a loss like that.

Hatton is a great fighter, I seen what he done to Kosta - previous
to the Floyd fight, but there isnt a fighter out there today that could
    beat Floyd.

So, it was Cortez' fault because there wasn't ENOUGH holding in this match for you guys? Half of the fight was holding/grappling. Some of you are off your rocker. PBF beat Hatton at his own game and made it look easy. As soon as he had enough of the Hatton Hugfest he started boxing and making Hatton look terrible. PBF dictated the fight, not Cortez. Hatton had every chance in the world to land punches but he was content on holding for fear of getting countered. It ended as it should've.

Oh, and Hatton fans, Manny is gonna put an even worse beating on your boy. Sr. will be throwing in the towel before the 6th round.

Cortez did a bad job. He had no issue with Floyds forearm. I find the Americans are often fickle. It is a fight. Often fighters won't clinch but they are fighting on the inside. They are wrestling plus holding and hitting. Ultimately they are still punching and fighting.

im not trying to direspect the honest hatton fans but maybe cortez was being biased because of the drunken hooligans booing their national anthem. You ignorant hatton fans are to be blamed.what do you expect going to the fighters homeland and be disrespectfull. some of you guys have no class at all!!!

sidenote. mayweather would have beaten hatton with mr.bean as ref.
