Hatton is a bit of a joke around here. He arguably lost that fight, heck boxing experts think he lost that fight. And Collazo is a B standard fighter. Look at what Mosley did to Collazo and really, Mosley is not the type to get such wide decisions.

It was all good fighting decent fighters and great fighters past their peak. Once Hatton "shouted" to the best, he was silenced in humiliating fashion.

B class fighter with no place in the HoF.

Had it to Collazo by a single point, but no issue with Hatton edging it by margin either.

i had hatton winning in a close fight. I think because of the way hatton was staggered in the final round, people automatically assume collazo won. but fights are scored over 12 rounds. it wasn't hatton's greatest performance but it was his first fight in the US and his first fight at 147, against a defending belt holder, and collazo is a good fighter. He arguably beat berto and when he fought against mosely he broke his thumb and tore three ligaments in his left hand in the 3rd round, so it's understandable he lost by such a wide margin.

  9. The knockdown was completely legit. The snazzy little animation proves it. The little thing Ricky did with his arm shows he's a smarter boxer than people give him credit for... Great punch that caught Luis cold.

Why Many people think Hatton got beat was based over the last thee rounds where the natural welterweight in Collazo came on strong, but a fight is over 12 rounds, I had hatton with a lead going into the last , but scored the last 10 -8 collazo and seen the fight as a draw. But Collazo was behind the entire fight.

I don't think he "beat the hell out of Hatton," but I thought Collazo won the fight.

I thought Collazo won and had the ref did his job and ruled the 12th round a KD for Collazo then it would have been a sure fire robbery.

Was a close fight and by the end could have went either way an awful lot of close messy rounds but personally i gave it to colazzo. Just thought he landed alot more clean damaging shots

i did feel collazo should have had a kd scored late on, in the corner, but the ref ruled it a slip. people can argue bout the legitimacy of kd's but we gotta go with what the ref rules. and as for collazo beatin the hell outta hatton, he is an accurate puncher and hatton bruises easily.

the match with mosley he fukd his hand up, we saw how good he was vs berto he should now be a WW champ

I had Hatton up by one or two points, i cant remember.

Collazo fought a good fight once he settled into his rythmn.
