Little was done in the first. Virtually no clean punches except a bodyshot or two for Bradley and 3 or 4 straight lefts from Manny. Anyway, listening to Steward call the fight is weird. Seems like the fight just happened...
The fight was basicly Bradley winning the first 2/3 of each round and Pacquiao the last 1/3 of each round.
I was commenting on the round by round and wondering what the **** some of the posters there were watching. People are so easily influenced by commentary and quick, flashy fighters. Bradley did a lot of great work in that fight and all he gets is **** on for the decisions of 3 other people. *******s would have you believe it was the biggest robbery in history.
If you gave those rounds to Bradley your legitimately ******ed. Bradley took some of the late rounds that Pac completely took off. Aside from that I gave Pac just about every round up to the 9th. He landed the cleaner, better shots. Bradley was hitting a lot of gloves with pitty pat punches, and he landed some body shots here and there. If he won any rounds it's because Pac took the round off and that's bc Bradley wasn't posing a threat at all.
Anybody else give Bradley the fourth round? Its arguable, but with no commentary, as soon as Bradley lost his feet, he was going toe to toe with him, and in my opinion landed the more significant shots
This is 1 of my easier score cards to remember off my dome. Bradley won the 1-2-10-11-12. 7-5 Pacman. Give him 1 round extra you have a draw. Close fight. As much of a robbery as Pacman/Marquez 3.
If u watch the fight with the sound off, it literally becomes a personal preference fight Bradley was working every round for 3 minutes, Pacquiao was landing the cleaner shots and at a higher percentage, but literally only in short (VERY SHORT) flurries So u got Bradley working the whole time, and Pac waiting in the wings to periodically flurry...
I wouldnt say Pac landed the Cleaner shots there were allot of shots that Tim rolled with or slipped or parried off in which Manny was given credit. the problem is when ever manny lands his left people assume it has to be a bomb it had to have hurt his opponent. I dont think Manny landed that clean and that often, Tim had no facial damage at all coming out of that fight.
Another funny thing is the HBO crew concluded that Bradley won the 10th when the 10th was exactly the same as any other round The most one-sided round of the fight was the 12th, which Bradley dominated
