Or how about all of you Loma haters are so giddy you can't think straight and it's literally clouding our thinking, making you think you witnessed something you actually didn't?

    Here's a reality check.

Lopez landed next to **** all in the first 6 rounds, sadly, Loma threw next to **** all in the first 6 rounds, presenting a judging conundrum. But hey... Lopez won the "story of those rounds" because he was marching forward looking like a big tough meanie. Meanwhile, very little of what he was landing was landing clean to the body or the head of Lomachenko. Meanwhile, while Loma was throwing very little, most of what he threw he landed. Then Loma took over, beat him up from 8 to 11, then Lopez managed to actually beat Loma up in the final round. This match was the very definition of looks can be deceiving. That being said.. I have no issue with Lopez winning it, but what I do have an issue with is intellectually dishonest spin doctors like you and all of the other bull**** artists... or fanboys and haters that don't actually know what they're watching making believe that it was some kind of one sided beatdown. It was a one sided Lopez walking down and hitting gloves and not much else for 6 rounds, which turned into a one sided Loma peppering his face with combinations with 4 or 5 of the next 6.

This is a far more accurate representation of what the fight truly looked like.

    Round 1 Lopez
    Round 2 Even
    Round 3 Lopez
    Round 4 Lopez
    Round 5 Lopez
    Round 6 Even
    Round 7 Even
    Round 8 Lomachenko
    Round 9 Lomachenko
    Round 10 Lomachenko
    Round 11 Lomachenko
    Round 12 Lopez

Loma basically kicked his a** from the 7th on with the 12th being even. He was man handling and roughing up Lopez, making him look like a kid in the 2nd half. I watched again on mute as well, as I always do.

This was a clear win for Lopez for me. It wasnt a one-sided beat down, but Lopez engaged a lot more and pushed the pace. I reckon Loma could've won the fight had he got in rhythm earlier, but Lopez kept backing him up.

Maybe Lomachenko needs to start arrogantly showboating his defensive prowess like Saunders or Mayweather. Maybe he'd get more credit for it if he did, it's too damn subtle for most casuals to notice. And yes, defense is a scoring criteria, and Lopez landed almost nothing clean. Lomachenko only landed about four shots clean, but two of them shook up Lopez. Therefore making it a very hard to score round. I have a feeling all the people who were on here defending Mayweather and saying he didn't outright lose the first six rounds against Maidana, and that they were all close, unquestioningly gave the first six rounds to Lopez.

I gave the vast majority of the first six rounds of maidana mayweather to maidana, but the big difference was still that mayweather was actually throwing something in the first 6 rounds. If you try to completely shut down someones offense you have to have at least some kind of offense to win rounds, let it be only a consistent jab, but this was a utter joke and maybe you should simply accept that you overhyped a fighter instead of lying to yourself and calling everybody else a casual.

Too damn subtle to notice? More like Lopez's defense was. Loma landed 2 shots (not 4) in round 2. While Lopez landed like 6. One, we only have a view of Loma's back. But, both his hands are up in the air with one range checking. Yet we here gloves hitting as he aims for the abdominal. So I'd definitely give Lopez that shot.

He also neutralized Loma's offense. Including his infamous matador style blindsiding and pivoting. With Lopez dodging the feint jab, turning and jabbing exactly where Loma was. Pretty much stopping Loma from using it ever again. Since he knew next time he might get hit off balance or take a power shot.

Here's the exchange. Lopez dodges the first punch, counters with a looping shot around Loma's guard. Steps back/shoulder rolls and blocks it with his shoulder. 'Zero' Punches landed from Loma in that exchange. Hence we see solid defence & a scoring counter from Lopez.

In Loma's only other exchange where he lands a 1 & 2. None of which 'shook' Lopez. He leans back and avoids the brunt of the first hit. Counters & hits Loma dashing and ducking into it. While Loma does catch the punch prior to it's full force. His added momentum makes it a solid blow. With him backing off straight after.
