Those shots that he took okay he's got a weak chin but I honestly think not many lightweights could have taken them. They were simply huge fair play for getting up on the first knockdown the second one was even bigger.

Sometimes fighters get caught cold, I hate how all this Khan hate has come about, yes he's not the most articulate fighter and yes he's over-hyped but thats not Khans fault thats Frank Warren and ITV for making out he's something he's not.

But at least give him credit for the fact he's never in a boring fight, he's honest and hard-working and he's entertaining to watch. Who didn't enjoy his fights with Limond and Gomez? I thought they were top class entertainment.

If you're a boxer you have to have self-belief and want to aim high, he's just too honest about it.

I hope his fight with ***an proves to be another top scrap good luck to both fighters on the night.

i always give credit to fighters who stand up after getting KD. its not easy to stand-back up after getting rocked.

If he'd never shown a weakness before, fair enough, you could say he got caught cold

But we all knew he was chinny and he got laid out

I'm from his neck of the woods, roughly, and I'd love to see him succeed, but there's no sense denying he can't take a shot

He's always in exciting fights though - that can't be denied

Yeah it goes without saying he's chinny ALOT of fighters are, we all knew that when he turned pro that he didn't have a good chin. But in a boxing career you're going to get KO'd even if you have a good chin thats the nature of the sport, the James Toney/Antonio Margarito chin is that rare.

Isn't Vlad Klitschko chinny? what about David Haye, lots of successful fighters have had weak chins even Lennox Lewis.

But thats what makes the sport exciting that one punch can change everything. And lets face it I think Presscott is a huge puncher, do you think Kevin Mitchell/Murray would have taken those punches for both knockdowns (obviously the jab wouldn't have hurt them!) I doubt it.

He did show a lot of heart and effort to try and fight on - but the body just wasn't willing. Sure he may never be anything great with that chin, but his fights are fairly exiting so worth a look. I really can't understand the constant extreme dislike of the guy. I could understand why people would want him to get knocked out the first time... but that's been done now...

partly is his fault, do you not remember his ridiculous predictions of winning a world title by beating naz's record and to become a 3 weight world champ

he says he will come back stronger and better mow so perhaps he is gonna conquer 4 weight divisions

I have been saying this for a long time, any one in the LW division or even LWW would of got K.Oed from them shots if they hit thm flush on the chin like Khan with the chin in the air. Them shots were like wild swings, and Khan poor defence could do nothing about them. We know Khan has got a weak chin, but them shots would be too much for most LW fighters if landed on the money early.

A smart fighter would have checked Prescott out for a 1 or 2 rounds, but Khan's ego and hype would not let him take the back foot to do this. Hope that defeat has made him understand this flaw.

What shots are we talking about here? the initial Jab that wobbled him?

Its a bit disrespectful to other fighters to say they would have been KO'd by those shots when in fact Khan went down due to a weak chin. Are they all weak chinned?

I think he has a grade A china chin, but also a good level of recovery.

People can get away with either a leaky defence OR a dodgy chin, but not both.

Given that you can't put muscles on chins, the defence needs serious attention.

I hear this time and time again, and it is still bull****. If Khan had been wobbled by a jab then someone needs to be calling for an ambulance as the guy has severe neurological problems and he has no place in a ring.

And yes, those shots looked like they would have flattened a large number of lightweights...why is that disrespectful?

Then why dont you actually watch the fight. You do know the difference between a hook and a jab dont you?

It wasn't a jab in the truest sense though, it was almost a straight left.
