it's clear to me from the opening of this fight, even from the first time the two fighters make eye contact. Margarito knows he's in trouble, he looks like a caught shoplifter, I've always said that Margarito wasn't just looking for a small competitive edge, but he was risking another man's life for the sake of a win. I have No doubts that if he used this against Mosley. Then OF COURSE he used them against Cintron, Cotto, and Countless others. Margarito should never be allowed to fight again, or come within 50 yards of boxing equipment i.e. gloves, pads, punching bags. The only way margorito should be ever allowed to fight would be to let a panel of experts study and recreate the illegal handwraps he had against Mosley, and make him fight Mosley with Mosley wearing them. I would love to see a televised execution as long as Antonio is the victom. So to sum up my statement. **** margarito, don't let him make any more money if it's boxing related, and die slow mother****er!
I made a similar thread about the mental state of Margo during that fight. He just didn't look all there.
And if there is one person you cannot get in a ring with mentally unprepped its Sugar Shane, he WILL **** you
I just watched the fight again last night myself and I agree 100 percent, there was no fire or intensity at all...it's like he said "Well, I got caught, no chance of winning now"...
Has anything been proven? If it has and Margrito is gulity than I pretty much agree with you. If nothing has been proven things should be resolved as quickly as possible. If he is found gulity I agree with you. If he is found inocent he should be allowed to resume his career. BTW he is overrated. He is a loss waiting to happen.
or possibly he was weight drained and was not feeling well at all. rumors have it he was walking around 190lbs after the cotto fight and also, poster antwuan max posted a great link of doug fischer saying margarito was getting his world **** upon by amateurs/new professionals in preparation for the mosley fight.
Pretty much. Sugar Shane's not the kind of fighter you want to see across from you for an entire fight looking apathetic like that.
