Rewatching Ward-Froch. Amazing how completely SOG schooled him.

Froch won 5 rounds on two out of three scorecards in Ward's back yard.

 

No disrespect, but it's widely accepted here that those two cards are bogus. It wasn't that close. I encourage you to watch it again.

 

those scorecards were fine and if this was a 15 round fight like 15 years back then froch would have beat ward just like boone and bika did, either by points decision or late stoppage as ward was clearly gassing to a limited plodder like froch by the end.

 

And?

It was a 12 round fight and Ward handled Froch comfortably.

 

For the first 7 rounds before Ward injured his hand and you can see him majoring for the rest of the fight it was a master class. I mean he outboxed Froch and when Froch tried to get dirty like he did against Dirrell Ward absolutely mauled him. Had him on the ropes begging like a child who had his lollipop taken for Smoger to help him lol.

Credit to Froch he never stopped trying and was doing his best to the end. I have him 3 rounds which is more than Kessler or Abraham won

 

The hand was actually broken a few days before the fight, which makes Ward's win all the more impressive.

 

I gave Froch 2 rounds at the time, haven't rewatched it

Amazing performance from Ward, Froch should never have tried to box with him tho. He was trying to use the jab when in reality his best bet would be to try and caveman him

 

No fighter would ever enter the ring with a broken hand, especially for a fight of this magnitude. You'd have to be an idiot to believe that

 

Amazing performance from Ward and Froch showed he is a very very good fighter himself.

dude pulled out due to a slight cut in training and your telling me he eventually went into the biggest fight of his career with a broken hand?

I am not disputing if the hand was injured, i saw the gay pics he put out. Baring in mind this is a common injury for a boxer to sustain in a fight I treated it with the contempt it deserved.

 

Think I gave Froch 2 rounds, one of the middle rounds and the last I believe. Ward was dictating it all with his left hand, whether it be the jab or hook he was beating Froch to the punch every time. Froch was trying to jab with Ward but was just too slow, and whenever Ward went inside on Froch he looked lost trying to throw short hook over Wards head.

 

You must have missed my previous post where I said it was an amazing performance from Ward and I only gave Froch 2 rounds. Why u so defensive dickhead
