Rewatching Ward-Froch. Amazing how completely SOG schooled him.

Explain the inconsistency between postponing a fight due to a cut and going into one with a hand injury.

that fact that you are asking me to explain this speaks volumes:lol:

postpones a fight due to a small tiny cut that would have healed. stated no way do i fight in the biggest fight of my career unless 100%.

then a few months later enters the fight of his life not 100% with a hand that had blown up enough to be fractured in two places.

    do the math:good

Cuts tend to get fights stopped. Injured hands don't. Understand?

And get your facts straight: it wasn't a "tiny cut that would have healed." It required seven stitches.

I'm shocked at the amount of hate Froch gets from Americans on here :-( Win, lose or draw the guy's the warrior and deserves better

that cut wouldn't end a fight and you know it, nigh on 6 weeks for it to heal was more than enough.

Obviously broken hands do not constitute a fight being stopped. What they do is put the fighter at a severe physical disadvantage. You know, the type of disadvantage that a fighter may well end up loosing badly because of. A cut that would have healed is not in the same league. Not that you care to believe anything other than words you are fed you silly impressionable yank. It's ok though, i know you can't help it;)

Six weeks is not enough time for a seven-stitch cut to heal completely. Significant risk that it would re-open. Sorry Froch got his ****ing ass kicked by a fighter with a broken hand. Maybe you can come to terms with it some day.

This thread is weird. Why are you giving Lewisham **** when he's a big fan of Ward and said Froch won 2 rounds at best ?You seem to be confused.

    Ass-hat:tong

sorry, you confuse me for somebody who hasn't come to terms with the fact that ward beat froch whilst at some point injuring his hand. I just don't believe it was as bad as he claimed before the fight.:deal

the cut would have healed enough to represent less of a risk than getting into the ring with a hand that in wards own words:

"The way it was looking and feeling, I was very concerned the night before the fight."
