Chisora...exhibit A would be the Haye fight. Prime Layne was a busy fighter. could fight on the outside and inside. In the case of Chisora a good offense is the best defense. He doesn’t throw a lot especially if you keep him on defense like Haye did.

Whyte is a better fighter then Chisora...barely. His resume is rather thin with a couple good wins but as he’s stepped up in competition he continues to fail or at the least his power seems over blown as he’s failed to Ko anyone of note. I don’t see him knocking out Layne and if I had to pick one of the two to last 15 (don’t think Layne ever fought 15 either) I’d pick Layne. Think the later rounds go into his favor. Not sure what kind of fighter he would be without the roids as he does nothing impressive. Weren’t available either in the 50s. He’s like a roided up Baker whom out of shape and out of prime Layne took to a split decision.

I think Layne was a more skilled and busier fighter but I’m just not sure if he can take the kinds of punches he’d be getting hit with from those two

Not sure I know of anyone you think he beats. Although I’d prob favor Haye myself.

I'd make Layne a slight favourite over Arreola .I wouldn't pick Rexy boy to beat anyone in the current top ten.

Just between me and you this fight has kept me as well as many others awake in the twilight hours of fantasy boxing this is the one and only fight no one not even this old boxing junkie is truly sure of, between these two ATG’s it could be a master class boxing match, a war? or even a glorified sparring match depending on how either approaches the fight.
