Huh? Still waiting for someone to tell me how many ranked wins all these guys have. Pretty sure Layne has most of them beat.
One win was a robbery and everyone knows it! Apart from Walcott Layne beat two ranked contenders Thompson who was on his way out and Brion. Satterfield and Dunlap were not ranked when he beat them.
I don't hate Marciano ,but I don't care for those who lick his rectum and get butt hurt when I don't follow suit! I repeat this thread is about Rex Layne not Marciano. Now will you post the post in which I insulted Walcott or not?
Berbick has 4 Tate 2 Witherspoon 7 Douglas 2 Williams 2 Tucker 2 Weaver 4 Will you post my comment where you say I did this? "Lmao only brought him up because you decided to insult Layne on a Walcott thread" YES OR NO ?
Lol you may have an agenda...but that does not make you incorrect necessarily. I don’t see a fight I would favor Layne in on the list. I don’t think of Rocky as highly as his fans do, nor do I think of him as poorly as his detractors. But Layne I don’t think highly of irrespective of Marciano. I could envision him picking up a strap in the right scenario or match making, but it would be short lived if it could happen at all.
Since you havent the guts to post my post in which you say I insulted Walcott I have done so myself! Here it is below,in its entirety. "He isn't keeping a clean sheet against; Weaver Cooney Spinks Dokes Berbick Page Norton Coetzee Thomas Witherspoon Smith Williams Ruddock Tucker Douglas The majority of whom I think beat his conqueror Rex Layne handily . Which gives me a subject for a thread." No insult to Walcott there , in any shape or form. Which leaves you now, not only as a coward ,but a liar!
McVey is merely adding context to Marciano's era and his opponents. This kneejerk emotional response ("a history of hating") reveals the level on which you are invested in a fable rather than fact. Your argument is purely emotional, and thus, of little interest to me... and most others.
