Scott Frank drew with Renaldo Snipes around the time Snipes beat Berbick, who beat Thomas. Snipes took Witherspoon (who beat Tubbs) to a split decision and went the distance with Page and beat Coetzee who beat Dokes. Snipes, on account for how well he did against Coetzee, Berbick, Witherspoon and Page) as far as I am concerned was a good level. He must be about the same level or close to Thomas, Page, Berbick, Witherspoon And yet he drew with Scott Frank!! I think Rex Layne beats Scott Frank.
Lol have you ever heard of Ezzard Charles? Y'know, my all time favourite? Sonny Liston is top 5 H2H imo. I give a lot more credit to Marciano than most of his none fan-boys. Patterson is one of my favourites and very very underrated. Machen, Williams, Ingo & Valdes is a decent row of conenders. Jersey Joe is like impossible to dislike. That's just HWs, which I'm sure is what you meant, coz its mental to say I don't give any 50s fighters credit.
