Vargas should work more on the body.

Foster had some nice moments but, overall, Vargas controlled the round.

Vargas is just not that effective. A lot of unnecessary upper body movement and doesn't land much.

 

His brother holding up his shoe to the camera has made me a lifelong Foster fan.
