I am always for unification bouts so I would be happy to see him go up against WBA belt holder Leo Santa Cruz.

Yeah Vargas fought well minus the knockdown & a few hard shots, at least now he's shaken some rust off,

Him vs Leo would be a good fight in some ways they have a similar style along with their stature.

It doesn't matter, any of the following will beat him senseless. Brandon Figueroa, Emmanuel Navarette, Luis Alberto Lopez, Robeisy Ramirez, Joet Gonzalez and Mauricio Lara. Quite frankly, probably even Leigh Wood and Josh Warrington devour this pencil neck geek. Easily the most beatable titlist in the sport. The nastiest bating will be administered by Figueroa, so if forced to choose... Let's Go Brandon!!!

Damn that's harsh, though you could be right regarding most of the opponents,

If Vargas trains hard it could just make the difference for him, perhaps a tune-up in the middle, man his arms are long & he towered over Magsayo,

Either way seems like a good & humble fighter hope he does well for himself.
