    On the seen now..:bbb

Set for June 18th in Mexico.

Looks like Angulo isn't available so Rhodes no longer needs to fight him in an eliminator.

Great news, if anyone deserved a title shot it was rhodes. Hope he can pull it off, im sure he will give a good account of himself whether he wins or loses anyways!

So...what weight will Canelo come in at now......Rhodes to fight with 16oz gloves on and Canelo wearing MMA gloves.

Hope Ryan does it! been a long time coming. Last Chance Saloon.

I don't wanna be a dick but in what way did Matthew give a good account of himself other than not being stopped. The fight was hardly competitive.

I don't see Rhodes winning this at all, he may in fact give a better accoutn of himself than Matthew did, and perhaps win a few rounds but ultimately I just don't see him giving Alvarez many problems.

Article regarding the June date for Alvarez from 2 weeks ago.

"No opponent has been selected. Schaefer said he has a list of potential opponents he has discussed with Alvarez and his team, but he did not want to make it public. He said he plans to go to New York to discuss the pay-per-view and possible opponents with HBO."

Great occasion for Rhodes. Could be headlining a PPV!

win win for Rhodes. He will get a decent pay day at least 200k and he has a shot at winning.
