Ricardo Arona - a "great" fighter or not?

    their is truth to what you speak, that is if shogun is not the man he was. from what I have seen the shogun that beat the crap out of machida, that shogun the one that looked fantastic against liddel. that shogun beats arona.

    but it is true that arona could conceivably use his superior bjj and win it lay and pray style. but lets not forget ricardo will have a huge striking disadvantage, elbows raining down on arona wont help either.

    Arona's always had a striking disadvantage. Didnt stop him from beating Silva. You heard that mans leg kicks? They could snap a Boabab tree in half.
