    that defense itself is over 100 years old and was a common thing back when having defense in boxing wasnt considered rare, most of the greats all used some varition of it all the way thru the 80's and early 90's fighters used. Oscar used it for a while

    Oh yes, Abril has some black traits in his race. At first glance Abril looks white but when you see his facial features from up close you can clearly see his blackness. In other words, in Cuba we call him " a mulato " meaning a very light black person possibly mixed with a white one. :good

    Abrils got one of the best shoulder rolls in the game....he wasn't holding that much, he was pressing into Rios with the shoulder and showing him angles that Rios had never seen so Rios couldn't do ****!!! He outsmarted ****** Rios and didn't need one hold to beat his ass and make him look crude and amateur..he even bullied Rios around the ring using that shoulder roll!!! The matador bullies the bull!!! I loved it.

    :lol: real talk. besides floyd, u rarely see any fighters that effective with it nowadays. Broner is decent with it and used it pretty well against Eloy, but still hasnt come close to perfecting it.

    i know this, but people on ESB would get all butt hurt if i called him black. hell, some on here even make a big deal about me saying Ward is black :rofl:lol:

    noo my good sir, floyd has the much better shoulder roll :patsch abril did well he took away rios' game but cmon floyd does this and repeatedly picks guys apart in devastating fashion.

    i said *almost. do i think its as good or better than Floyds? hell no. maybe im rating his a little too high, but its rare to see someone so affective with it in todays era.
