You're still not getting it, Reg.

Because it is demeaning. In the face of a complete lack of evidence thathe has ever cheated, acquiescing to the demand would be demeaning, and Pac doesn't need to demean himself for the fans.

This fan believes Pac to be clean. I don't know for certain, but I'm as sure or surer that he's clean as I am about any other fighter who has never had any evidence of drug use produced.

I would therefore be disappointed if he agreed to any tests that are not a normal part of the boxing authorities protocols.

BTW, I think Floyd is slightly more skilled than Pac and I think the fight would probably be close to a 50/50 proposition.

No, I'm not. I'm not getting why a man who fights for the fans is letting this fight get away over blood testing when he should win easily against a fighter who is scared to death of him.

Then why did he say he would do the testing as long as he had a 24 day window if it's so demeaning?

That's perfectly fine. All I'm saying is that doesn't seem to be hesitant about taking the tests because it's demeaning or anything like that. He claims taking blood weakens him, and that he needs at least 24 days to adequately recover. This of course is nonsense.

That's great, but most fans just want to see the fight. Manny fights for the fans, give them what they want.

Yet you're also trying to claim that Mayweather is scared to death of Pacquiao and is trying every move in the book to avoid him. I don't see how you could feel this way and also claim that Mayweather is more skilled and that this is a 50/50 fight.

People have hit the nail on the head here.

If Floyd is using the drug testing issue as a reason to avoid Manny, why doesn't Manny call his bluff and agree? Then if Floyd really is scared he'll come up with another reason... Then everybody will know the truth.

As for the whole "Manny won't take the test because it's giving into Floyd's demands", hang on if somebody accused me of being on steroids i'd go the Victor Ortiz route and be willing to do any type of test, 24/7/365. Anybody with common sense would as looking suspicious over not taking a drug test is a lot more damage to your pride than giving into some demands.

    Also, i've been wondering this...

Let's say Manny does agree to Floyd's demands, they go through the testing Floyd wants, etc etc etc... But come fight night, Manny look's the absolute ****'s, i mean no bouncing around, no high punch output, etc... What would the Pacquiao fan's have to say about that?

Floyd will never be able to avoid OST testing for his entire career now. He'll have to go through with it.

Either you are blind or you are just plain dumb. Pac already agreed to Floyd's "extra" demand.

That's funny because before the Mosley fight Roach commented on how they had previously turned down OSDT which is why they wouldn't ask Mosley to do it. Also, after the fight, Jim Grey asked Pac what he could do to make the Mayweather fight and he said that he didn't care about that fight. Why didn't he just say that he would undergo full OSDT to make the fight?

Why will team Pac go for the OSDT if the boxing commission doesnt require it? (but pac already agreed to full tests)

Why will pacquiao care to fight floyd if floyd doesnt want to fight him?

If Floyd wants to "clean up the sport". then he should go to the boxing commisions and impose his will in them, make OSDT as standard, so other fighters like the KLits, Pac, Hops, Ward, Pongsaklek, Segura etc will be complied to do OSDT. If floyd does that, then I will say Floyd is indeed true to his word that he wants to clean up the sport of boxing, not just a ploy to duck a certain fighter.

these discussions have been done before, and is already irritating.

Because he fights for the fans, and according to a lot of people, Mayweather is scared to death to fight him. What's the downside to him agreeing to the testing?

If Floyd doesn't want to fight him, then Pac should definitely agree to the testing. Mayweather will then either bail out of the fight regardless, or wilt under the pressure of Pacquiao's assault during the fight seeing as how Mayweather is supposedly scared shitless of Pac doesn't want to fight him. Seriously, this fight will net Pac a ton of money and respect. Again, where's the downside?

You're right, this is just a ploy to duck Pac. This is all the more reason for Pacquiao to accept his terms. Floyd will then duck out anyway. He will be exposed, and we can be done with this. You've convinced me, Pac has everything to gain and nothing to lose by agreeing to full OSDT.

No they didn't quit making **** up. These test were random, meaning they didn't know when they would start or when they would end. Typical ******* bull**** trying to deflect why Pac won't test like everyone else is willing to do.

-Pac agreed to Floyd's OSDT. There's a youtube video that he said he already agreed to this kind of test.

-Pac agreed to Floyd's OSDT. There's a youtube video that he said he already agreed to this kind of test.

-Why did Floyd say he lost his urge, is on vacation, and doesnt want to fight anymore, then suddenly fights Ortiz who just won a WW belt?
-Floyd said he'll fight the winner of Martinez-Williams2, then where was floyd? Oh, he's fighting Ortiz.
-lastly, Pac agreed to Floyd's OSDT. There's a youtube video that he said he already agreed to this kind of test.

We fans agree to one point. OSDT should be standard and be done by one universal boxing commission. It's good that Floyd initiates these OSDT styles of test in his fights, but he should demand these to other fighters like A B and C fighters, not just Pac and Floyd's opponents.

You're outta your rabbit ass mind. PBF is the bigger draw here and has proven it time and time again with common opponents and has done bigger numbers.:deal Quit with the nonsense and accept reality. Taking a drug test to ensure a clean fight for both fighjters is nothing and is good for the sport. And mother****ers like you ar so far up Pac's ass you refuse to see what's really going on here. You idiots are just like political parties if the other side has a good idea just because you're on a rival party you can't go along with it because your side didn't come up with it so against common sense you automatically oppose it. Random drug testing is good for the sport and because it's not Pac asking for it you're against it despite the fact it's indeed a great idea. You *******s have no shame.:-(

Pacquiao never agreed to ****. He was asked by Jim Grey point blank and said he doesn't care about the fight. He has another chance though. They'll be asking him again after the Marquez fight. That's his chance to tell the entire world that he is willing to undergo full OSDT(none of this "I need 7 or 14 day cutoff" bull**** either). He has nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
