Why will Pac care about the fight, or take the blood test, if Floyd was nowhere to be seen, only to find out that he already agreed to a Floyd-ortiz negotiation? Remember that a negotiation doesnt start and end in just one day, it will take weeks to finish in order for the fight to be signed and agree for a fight date. IMO the Floyd-ortiz fight has been secretly been signed.

Get real, Pacquiao's people had already been negotiating with Marquez before the Mosley fight. That fight was finalized shortly after the Mosley fight. Pacquiao had no intention of fighting Mayweather this fall, and didn't even try. As he said, he doesn't care about the fight.
