Same size, similar build, both have crazy power, and both came from America.

I like Torrez and feel like he'll become a better version of Morrison although i hope they don't have the same chin.

The sky is the limit for Torrez Jr

His lack of height will probably always be a problem in the division. He's not fleet of foot like Usyk to overcome this problem.

He's much faster and imo much more skilled, and he's still very much developing. I think he should have been in the amateur system for a couple more years, but we will see.

Their speed is about the same and skill is debatable since he really hasn't fought anybody. He just blitzes his opponents cause their bums. Against top competition he'll be more calculated and "look" a bit slower.

I do think he's going to be an improved version of Tommy Morrison. Not the same style but both are aggressors

Torrez is a pressure fighter and has power. Height wouldn't be the biggest issue

But his chin might be since he was brutalized by Jalolov in the ametures

If he reminds me of anyone stylistically it's Vassily Jirov. Southpaw swarmers that love to go to the body. The power he showed last night was more about the quality of opponent than Torrez's power. Don't get me wrong, he can hit but I watched all of his Olympic fights and against higher quality he is more of a pressure fighter that is going to out work not necessarily out slug opponents.

I think he will be a top ten guy but he simply doesn't have the size or overall boxing ability to be much more.

Not even Jirov. His style is american, he doesnt fight like an EE fighter at all.

Jirov didn't figjt like an EE fighter at all as a pro. Once he started working with Thell Thorence he was 100% a swarmer body puncher.

I know, but gives you an idea on how he handles taller fighters since he's quite a small heavyweight

I disagree, his style is of an EE fighter. He might have made tweeks here and there but he always fought the same way. Herky jerky southpaw, very good as a CW, but just didnt work well for him in the HW division.

I hear you, but by the time he steps up against guys taller than him in the pros he'll have the much needed experience. Hes got quite a ways before we take him really serious as a pro.
