    How do you think Torrez would do with Roach as his trainer? Could Roach turn him into a HW Pacquiao?

    No. Not fast enough or as talented as even a pre Ledwaba type fighter.

    I think Roach should try to groom a successor for head trainer of Wild Card Gym, before his Parkinson's gets any worse. He can't let the teachings of Eddie Futch die with him.

    Perhaps too late for that now,

    Though they do have that Pilipino guy whos been working with Roach for over a decade, think he trains some of the fighters there including Pac jr.

    torrez is 2 open defensively iif he tightens that up he might do very well he has a fun style to watch for sure. and the kid has seemed to improve levels since he was 19-20 so if he keeps improving like that till hes 26-27 you never know could be top 10 iguess.
