Richard Towers v Gregory Tony - EBU-EU title

    I don't see where else Fury can go without going backwards. Towers is on the same level as Rogan, Sexton, Harrison, Sprott and Skelton the way I see it. Possibly he could go past those but that's where I have him at the moment. He could yet end up as another Tom Dallas for all we know.

    Personally I think Towers is better than those 5, but obviously he hasn't been tested yet so we can't judge. Got a feeling it will be someone like Dimitrenko who is a step up but a very winnable fight which IMO looks better on paper

    Turned out to be a much harder fight than Towers bargained for.. Actually, had there been a different ref he probably would have gotten stopped in round 5. Oddly enough Browne got Towers out in rd 5 himself, a round which was eerily reminiscent of round 5 in this fight. Towers was really exposed here, before Big Daddy.

    Yep,I saw this fight and as you say was the one that exposed him. Looked in great condition, looked fairly able and was a big lad. A bit like Paul Sykes. Spent too much time away.
