Nazim psyched up Hop pretty well to upset and even knockdown Tarver in the round Antonio predicted to stop him. And that's what he is mostly about, knows his fighters and tries to motivate them by strategically teach them and talkin extremelly well b4 and during fights but concerning insight, man, there are a lot of upcoming guys who know how to do it, Barry Hunter for Lamont Peterson, Kevin Cunningham once for Corey Spinks and now for Devon Alexander, Joel Diaz ( older brother of Antonio Diaz and Julio Diaz and a former lW contender whose career was stopped due to a detached retina) for Tim Bradley. Of course, Nazim learned it from Bowie Fisher but he is clearly one step above Buddy who stops every fight his fighter doesn't have a chance rather than possibly getting hurt. I don't know about Nazim and Shields cause both are very crafty and both are one step below Freddie and Roger.
