    I think Benaud needs to be slowly moved away. Mark Taylor will pick up the torch and be the new captain of the commentary team, that's fine by me. At least Taylor has a good sense of humour.

    Another year on and this sour wrinkly douche is still occupying our tv screens. :-(

    Imagine if Manly were as soft as 9. Cliffy Lyons would still be the starting 5/8.

    Only problem with Larry is he's a borderline Alzheimer's case while Richie has still got all his marbles.

    I'd like to see the Government introduce legislation making euthanasia compulsory for all Benaud haters.

    :D I just went over the whole thread again now.

    Still, if he's too out of touch not to see that he should give the game away, then his fate should be forced upon him. It's a part of life to experience yourself exceeding your use by date, and Benaud doesnt deserve to be given a free pass on this.
