    I thought his analysis was fine. He clarified what he said about getting inside to the mid-range (what JMM calls the combat zone) and he was largely accurate. He needed the jab to steady Ward and get into distance, but Froch prefers to shoot one jab with little change in its velocity, so that immediately fell apart.

    His final point was absolutely right and McGuigan backed it up too - whoever shows the ability to adapt will win and Froch looked bad in fights previously because he doesn't adapt.

    :deal Barry's very good, although i'd have to pull him and tell him 'let me speak Baz, let me ****ing speak' before promptly saying 'don't hit me!'. But his enthusiasm is second to none and he says it how he sees it most times. Watt's funny as ****, some nights i just mute him but when he's good he's good to listen to and always drops in the 'Gymnasium' into fight.
