    This is actually an interesting point. Once the courts get involved, everyone's dirty laundry gets aired. Prostrating oneself before a legal apparatus that has noones best interest involved is never a good thing. The only people who win in the long run are the lawyers.

    If that is the Case Arum and Michael Koncz should be arrested .. Koncz works for both Arums company and pac, which by law is a conflict of interest.

    glaser has had a good track record. doesn't mean haymon is in the wrong because he could be skirting around the issue/ loophole.

    This the same FBI that was forced to sweep the investigation of Top Rank and Bob Arum under the carpet a few years ago? Guess we'll see how much clout Haymon really has.
