Thanks mate. I met an old chum who I used to play football with as a kid the other week in the local pub. He moved to the states for work about 15 years ago but comes home more regularly now. I couldn't believe when he told me he now fights occasionally and takes seminars at the Gracie gym, he never had a scrap in his life as a wee lad. Looked one the site and there he was. :good
