Warrior nothing of the kind, Warriors get up and find a way to win, you can't use that word to discribe such an average fighter
He's not even won an area title

Average fighter?? Undisputed World lightweight Kickboxing Champion. Won everything Amateur and Pro in Kickboxing. Has been in with the best in the UK as a pro boxer again that's not average. At the end of the day the people that matter in boxing respect how good Ronnie is and can possibly be.. Barry Mcguigan has said what a good fighter he is. Only person involved in boxing that doesn't rate Ronnie is Billy funnily enough. If you seen Ronnie against Vasilev you would see just how clinical and talented he is. He is still learning and doing it the correct Way by taking proper fights. He is fighting Jordan McCrorry in March will be Area Champion then.

Facts are facts eveytime he fights someone who fights back he losses, McCrory will beat him with ease, what weight are they fighting at? isn't jordan a lightweight.
its common knowledge clark refused 11 opponents for one contest and ended up doing a 6 x 2min round contest wtf is that all about, surely kungfoo shark attack can do better than that

Is it really common knowledge that he refused 11 opponents? Who is feeding you this "Common Knowledge"?

Jordy has been boxing at lightweight but it will be for the Super Featherweight Scottish Title.

You seem pretty confident in Jordy so maybe you know him but I was there when Jordy was beat pretty handily by Andreij Pudosovs in the Lagoon Centre in Paisley, didn't you see that one? On that form Ronnie beats Jordy.

As for your facts are facts!! haha It's easy to look at Boxrec and see that Ronnie has been beat but its who has beat him that is the real point!

Craig Evans: Ronnie gave him a harder fight that Stalker has twice, not once did Craig manage to push him back and as mentioned earlier there was boo's from the London crowd when the result came in.

Troy James: Lost a split decision in Troys home town, very close and the fight could have went either way. In Scotland Ronnie would have got it.

Anthony Cacace: Massive Super Feather and afterward he was quick to tell Ronnie that he was the hardest person he had ever shared a ring with Amateur or Pro, Fighting or Sparring. Ronnie was still in the fight right till the end and rather than lose on points he went out in the last to try get the stoppage an got caught.

Can you name me another Scottish boxer that with the experience Ronnie has as a boxer that has pushed that level of fighter as much as him? Or even with the amount of fights has fought anyone in the class of those 3? You won't find any others because Ronnie wants to fight the best and not everyone can say the same.

These burns threads are so predictable/ boring, same patter all the time.

He's a nice enough guy who had some good nights but people need to deal with the fact he's completely done at anything above british level.

I agree mate, you won't meet a nicer guy than Ricky and the stick he gets on here is totally uncalled for. Ricky and Billy went on a great run and brought big time boxing back to Scotland and kept the TV shows here when there was nobody else and tbh right now Ricky is still the only fighter that could headline a TV show in Scotland.

The Scottish posters on here should be happy with what Ricky achieved and he might never get back to the top level but he can still have a decent run at domestic level and who knows, there has been loads of fighters that looked finished but dropped a level, rebuilt and came back to make an assault at world level!

On Ricky rejoining Billy, my heart would say it would be great but my head would be saying that they shouldn't do it again. When Billy first started training Ricky they both believed in each other 100%. At the end I think that belief wasn't there and Ricky was either believing his own hype or just stopped taking the instructions in. I would hate for them to get back working together and for it to ruin what they did first time around.

That sounds like a good cause for it not to happen. Sometimes relationships have run their course and a reunion will never get it back to how it was before.
I was a big fan of ricky and billy and in what they achieved and although i just dont see ricky getting back to been a world champ at this time, theres certainly plenty left for him

Many football managers go back to clubs that they had previous success with and it rarely works a second time there are exceptions of course

Sounds like you have a problem with him.. Did he pump your bird.. If he did I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure he doesn't remember. I gave you the option rather than being a keyboard warrior and putting down a boxer who will fight anyone. Ronnie has never refused a fight he was just not willing to either giver away 7lbs or do it on a couple of days notice. Every fight that was refused Ronnie offered to meet them on middle ground. Get your facts right before you speak. Win lose or draw he deserves respect same as all boxers who get in the ring.

i can assure you he refused 11 opponents for a fight and ended up doing 6 x 2 min rounds at his request, this came direct from his team at the time. he only takes these fights because he could'nt sell out a telephone box.
If he was fighting in the back garden i'd pull the curtains

maybe and more likely what's happened there's been many opponent changes, Ronnie is game enough to fight better fighters than him, that I do know
