Gonzalez is defo better than Crawford. He was Cuban like slick and had Burns in all sorts of trouble. If he can get his **** sorted out he could win a strap no problem.

Burns' accomplishments were/are underrated... He's a good fighter.

We have got some very good fighters coming up, so im looking forward to the next few years on here. Look most of us knew Burns wasn't an elite fighter but we actually get behind our fighters and support them because that's what we do, don't hate on it because most of your American fighters probably wish they had support like ours.

 

Stop with this ducking Broner crap, Burns moved up from 130 because he couldn't make the weight anymore - something Broner had to do a short while after. Then he had his promotional issues and then Broner moved up again.

Whether you think he's good, bad or indifferent, this ducking accusation is ****. The guy has fought who was put in front of him at the time and this time his opponent beat him.

Would be better for the sport if so-called fans would congratulate winning fighters rather than start **** like this when a guy loses.

 

Exactly Burns isn't the type of person to duck anybody he would have love to fought Broner but he had weight issues and promotional problems as the guy says above.

The problem with British boxers is discipline(drinking gaining weight between camps) and not enough nutrition knowledge and a lack of top quality trainers and top quality technical sparring compared to the U.S.A. There have been some good fighters with a lot of heart and enough skill to become world champion and there are many with the raw talent in the future generation but only a few gyms in the country that are top quality. Booth is good.Rob Mccracken is good and the Gallagher gym to name a few current ones.there are others
