I have no problem with DeMarco, its a good solid defence, I will believe it when I see DeMarco in the ring though.

 

If it is demarco its much better than i expected anyway

 

I remember Scott Harrison getting dogs abuse on forums and me and Dunky were convinced it was because he was scottish but people would say it was because he was a @nasty guy@ (so to speak)

However, Burns is easily the nicest, down to earth boxer in the UK and still the abuse seems to flow therefore I have no choice but to believe its just anti scottish nonsense.

Broner is maybe a decent fighter for the future but his best win is that over DeMarco and before that fight there was already people saying he was custom built for adrien. Ricky is a completely different opponent altogether and his stamina and boxing skills cannot be denied and as much as people seem to ridicule Billys predictions and opinions on this brit forum he has been absolutely bang on with every Burns fight prediction so far and if theres anyone who knows how good he's doin in the gym surely to f*** its his bloody trainer. When he was up against Martinez I remember how hardly anyone on here even gave him a sniff of a chance yet afterwards they all said they would never doubt him again......then came the katsidis fight and they all thought Rickster would lose again and he won (convincingly) yet again followed by more of the same " we wont doubt him again" stuff and then there was the Mitchell fight and the same happened etc etc etc blah blah.

I think perhaps its time to start listening to Billy and realise its not just bias towards Ricky he has but its also his knowledge qand confidence in his fighter that permits him to speak with such confidence.

I look forward to the burns Broner fight (and yes, its deffo happenin this year) and for anyone who witnessed the Calzaghe v Lacy fight expect a similar win for the brtish world champion this time

I hope it isn't DeMarco in all honesty. He is a solid fighter and it isn't a terrible defence by any means but I would much rather he faced a big name or someone coming of a win rather than the domination which DeMarco is coming off

Although Ricky is probably pissed off at the idiots on here telling him who to fight and when.

 

Wasn't talking about his team as in his training and preparation. Meant his promoter or are you including W***en in that when you say he is happy with everything?
