Martinez is disputing that the fight will happen in Scotland, he's been offered the same money as he was going to get if the fight was in Puerto Rico and isn't happy about it (not surprisingly!)

    Souce: scene.

Well Frank better start offering more money. I don't think Burns deserves a shot at the title, but he certainly doesn't deserve to be messed around for the best part of a year.

Warren owns the purse bid. Martinez either defends in Glasgow or vacates the belt.

Dunky, it's a terrific night for Scottish boxing. The Kelvin Hall is gonna be rocking. And since my Uncle lives about 10 mins away in the car I've got a bed for the night too! What a night it's gonna be. Everyone who's going to cheer on Ricky make sure you use every last ounce of you to roar Ricky and John on to victory. I'm confident Simmy will beat Smith. Burns v Martinez... I'm not sure. I've said all along that if Ricky fights to a 12round disciplined gameplan and he has us all roaring him on he can do it. Good to see Appleby finally back too.

It could be a legendary night.

Im keeping an eye on ticketmaster but no date yet.

On a side note is the Kelvin Hall in the middle of Glasgow, as coming up from Leeds for it and just wondering which hotel im best booking as i want one fairly near the arena?

To be fair mate you seem to think every one of your boxers are the second coming of Manny Pacquiao, Burns like I said is not even the best fighter in Britain at 130. :good
