    His next Commonwealth title defense.....

See, THIS is the reason I don't like our prospects in the lower weight classes fighting for the Commonwealth title. If he wins, his ranking won't get a big boost at all. And he could very easily take a horrible beating.

Ricky's got a solid chin, he can give anyone a difficult night but looking at this blokes record with 16 ko's in 16 wins and his only defeat coming by a MD against Funeka he really does have His work cut out! Those Ghanians are always tough fighters but i think Ricky has the tools to get a win here.

I wouldn't be too worried. Ricky can take a dig no bother. When Johanneson put him down from the head shot ricky was kinda off balance.

The guys not mixed it in that high a class. Can't tell much without seeing him but only the cream of european class can really bother ricky.

The Funeka defeat means nothing? Who has Funeka beaten himself bar Raheem with a punch after bell? It says more about Funeka that he's been taken to a SD and MD by 2 unknown fighters.

The laddies record indeed suggests the Ricksta is in SERIOUS trouble.

However the ghanian is being trained by an Alex Arthur victim, take from that what you will!!!

Ricky has his work cut out against any solid fighter. I will be looking forward to this one and I hope Byrns comes away with a win.
