Only positive about this is i’d Imagine the atmosphere will be quality.. Can only see a one sided beat down although Burns is as tough as a coffin nail, he’ll pose absolutely zero threat

The reserve is/was Postol, who won easily on the Taylor - Martin show. Apparently Viktor has another fight arranged!
It's a complete mismatch and like others, I hope it doesn't come off. If it does, at least Burns is a known quantity, unlike the obscure kick - boxer dug up for Callum Smith for the same purpose last year.
Still no news of tickets or confirmation of the Inoue fight, despite them supposedly going on sale this week. Maybe Friday?

Last big payday. It will be a good old fashioned boxing lesson from young Taylor for the seasoned 3 weight old champ.

Taylor is a spiteful fighter he can put a world of hurt on a target as stationery as Burns will be

I really like Burns and he is the exact sort of fighter I would hate to see pummelled unnecessarily. Although you can completely see why he has taken it, great payday, all Scottish clash and passing the torch. Can see this being more one sided than that thing that David Haye mentioned a while back..

Was going to make the trip up but not for Taylor v Burns - nothing appealing at all about this fight for me.

What is your news source mate? Taylor is scheduled to fight Ivan Baranchyk on May 18th at the hydro with Inoue v Rodriguez.

Still zero confirmation of Taylor's opponent - the World Bullshyte Sly Series becoming worse than Warden

Sorry, I was referring to Taylor fighting Burns. As I mentioned before he is scheduled to fight Ivan Baranchyk.

Officially, yes I suppose he is scheduled to fight Baranchyk as there hasn't been any official word on him pulling out from the WBSS. But I'll be surprised now if it does turn out to be Baranchyk. I'm expecting it to be Burns.
