Looking at the records of Ricky Burns and Steve Robinson. Who has the most impressive resume so far? :think I know Robinson lost a fair few later in his career, but lets just compare the WBO title fights only.

good question. its real close in my opinion. is burns wins over rocky martinez and katsidis, worth more than steve robinson's wins (all upsets if i remember right) over john davison, colin mcmillan, duke mckenzie and paul hodkinson.
im leaning towards steve robinson. just. because he beat 3 former world champions, even if they were at the end of their careers.

I agree. There were some good fighters on Steve Robinson's record, a few world champions who were supposed to beat him too.

ricky burns will be a bigger star then robinson by the time his careers over plus robinson finished on journeyman status so he wont really be rembered as a legend which is a shame.

he got good odds to beat rising star scott harrison. he didnt finish as a journeyman, he was 33 years old when he retired but only lost to baloyi, calvo, kovacs, harrison. only fighter he shouldn't of lost to was conway.
