Every fighter goes through fights like that, Burns showed that when he needed too he could bite down on his gumshield and come through it like a champion.

Gonzalez was awkward and could bang, Ricky left with the win.

Sorry brother, but comparatively few fighters get shut out by their mandatories and then "win" due to some freak injury. Burns was in the process of being Lacy'd.

What on earth was Gonzales thinking? An absolute boxing clinic was displayed for seven rounds, even during the eighth and ninth round Ricky wasn’t landing much. Ricky was simply outclassed. Just hope this loss doesn't haunt, Chelo, and he's able to come back from this loss. Props to Ricky, showed great heart.

Burns showed some good and bad qualities but also showed his level as a fighter overall and I'd be very worried about putting him in unification fights.

Gonzalez quit due to injury/fatigue but proved himself a far superior boxer to Burns and wins a rematch 99 times out of 100.

    Very disappointed with Ricky tbh.
