Putting money on the draw. I reckon Burns will get the better of him but won't get the decision as he's away from home.

Haven't seen enough of Figueroa to make an informed decision. But as much as it pains me to say it, from what we saw of Burns in 2013-2014 it's really hard to see him getting a W on the road.

Hope that's not the case. WAR BURNS!

Ricky is shot, he will probably get dominated and battered. Shame as i like him but it's how i see it. Hope i'm wrong.

Rickys career seems to have been in free fall for the last two years.

Would be nice to see him get something out of this fight, but i think his corner will save him during the last third of the fight.

I'd love Ricky to pull this off and I'll be watching and be behind him 100% my heart says he can because Omar hasn't been super impressive although a good fighter but my head keeps reminding me of Ricky's current form and the fact it's in Texas against a Texas fighter i'm going for Omar UD.

I really hope burns can pull it off!

since he left nelson his style has changed and its all wrong for him to be honest.

can see him walking on to something and getting stopped.

Cant disagree hes up against it but few people thinking he is gonna get stopped is suprising. No danger

Seems to have been very little build up to this fight even allowing for the fact Mayweather fight has dominated the news.

Figueroa is beatable ......I am not impressed at all see nothing special in him
walks forward in straight lines throws lots of combos in a stationary stance
and best win on his resume is Daniel Estrada .
A Prime Ricky beats him easy, not sure what ricky has left but he's tough & brave the biggest worry I see hear is it going 12 & Figueroa getting it on points in texas & being the haymon promoted fighter !!!!!!

burns gets beat on Saturday. Its a nice payday for him as he needs the money but he is totally shot and will take a pasting.

This is just a showcase fight for Figueroa who will be a better fighter at 140, it will suit him better. If you think otherwise i suggest you put some money on it as Burns is a massive underdog.

gone for ricky on points at 12-1, hopefully he can work behind his jab and win enough rounds convincingly.

anyone know what the purse's are for this? Hopefully ricky will pick up a few quid.

Figueroa on points is the sensible bet, Ricky might be able to nick a points win, I really hope he does, but I just cant see it. However there aren't many occasion where I have wanted to be proven wrong.

This is absolute bollox. I take it it the agreed weight was 140, it looks like Ricky tried to make it anyway. He'll probably get a few grand (which he needs) and end up being the smaller man.

Figueroa might not even be in the top 5 fighters Burns has faced, so can't rule anything out. In my opinion, IF Burns can roll back a couple of years this could be a big shock. Omar isn't up to much
