Noble crowds in on Thain, slipping and blocking the jab. Not much punching from Noble on the way in, just keeping Thain stepping back and wasting energy with preventative combos. Noble comes forward with quick steps and abruptly halts as Thain doubles up a jab, falling short. Noble catches jabs on his right palm and bats them down. Body shot by Noble. 1-2 from outside by Thain.

Round 4

Thain is putting jabs into Noble's guard in multiples and dancing around, by the ropes. Noble steps in with a body shot. Clinch. Noble steps through with a right hand and gets blocked. Thain flurries straight into Noble's guard, then slaps around the rear with a left hook behind the elbow. Thain jabs and moves, changing directions, bouncing forward in a curl to get off the ropes. A bit of turning in with each shoulder by Thain, taking a break as Noble watches him from outside. Slow pressure by Noble, not getting close enough or letting his hands go. Thain is chopped with a right hand against the ropes but slips off them and jabs at Noble's head while seeking open space in the middle of the ring.
