    2nd round even closer than the 1st, Mitchell boxing well but a solid right hand from Burns.

    Burns is a bit off-balance, slapping with hooks as Mitchell dives in with right hands. Burns steadies himself and pushes Mitchell back with a few quickly flashed power punches. Mitchell doubles a jab up top and fires a right to the body, all a bit limp. Burns gets revved up with a long combination, rising from body to head. Short left counter by Mitchell but unable to hold Burns off. Michell steps off the ropes and circles away poking out with his jab. BIG RIGHT HAND BY BURNS, stunned Mitchell. He loads up another but Mitchell has it scouted and he flees back into a corner. Burns flurries away, blocked. Mitchell stays cautious on the outside, slipping Burns' long jabs.
