I don't think he's moved up, its just a catch weight Art is a Lightweight.

Art backs him to the ropes wings in a few body shots, Diego slips out, Magdaleno is holding, Diego rips Art with a wild hook up top, and another straight left, they're holding, Diego pivots out rips him with a shot to the gut, Diego lands a few shots to the body, both men a swinging away, Diego landing the more telling shots Diego doing good body work ad landing up top more body work, neither of these guys have an ounce of power.
