    He looked like he wanted to be pulled out when he was getting hammered in the corner. He had is hands by his sides while Burns was teeing off on him. Looked like he was begging to be stopped.

    Yeah it was a good stoppage, what's the point of letting him soak up more punishment, he was gassing, wobbly and had lost every round up to that point, letting it continue would be sadistic.

    But he did do a beautiful job tonight, I thought going in he'd be far better at LWW, he was evidently draining himself at LW, he debatably should have drawn with Figueroa and now this, I think he's gotten himself into a good groove and found his perfect weight.

    I need to rewatch the Figueroa fight because I thought Burns looked like the winner in that fight. I didn't keep a scorecard though.

    That guy was a joke. Not even top 15 in the division. Its about who you beat , not about vacant title fights against journey men set up by your promoter .
    Crawford , Postal , Troyanovsky are champs. I don't recognize another one.

    Burns is a mickey mouse paper champ same as Charles Martin was.

    Funny thing is, he wasn't originally matched for Burns- he was in line for Broner (WBA really want Broner to keep that belt even if it means fighting domestic level opponents) then Broner couldn't be bothered making weight, so Burns swooped in.
